For general questions, please contact the information desk at Eindhoven Airport. The information desk is located in the departures and arrivals hall and is opened till 11.00 PM.

Collecting your flight tickets?

Sometimes a travel organisation will have your ticket ready for you at Eindhoven Airport because of a last-minute booking or a ticket change. These tickets can be collected from the service desks of the tour operators in the terminal.

Lost baggage

Did you leave something in the aircraft or at the airport? Information about lost and found property is provided by the information desk at Eindhoven Airport at phone number 0900 9505 (€1.30 per call). When calling from abroad, the information desk can be reached by phone at +35 227 000 767.

Service desks

Neckermann/Thomas Cook
The service desk of Neckermann/Thomas Cook is called Thomas Cook Travel Shop. Besides collecting your travel documents, you can also book your Neckermann/Thomas Cook holiday here. In addition to the sale of package holidays and last-minute travel deals, you can visit the Thomas Cook Travel Shop for car rental, travel insurance and travel  cancellation insurance. As an extra service, the Thomas Cook Travel Shop announces a so-called ‘Airport Last Second Flight’ every day at 18:00h. A ‘Last Second Flight’ is a return flight leaving within 24 hours. This flight can only be booked at the Thomas Cook Travel Shop at the airport.

Viggo Handling
Viggo Handling has a service desk directly beside the information desk at the airport. Tour operators and travel agents, as well as passengers, can contact this desk for various services such as:

  • Issue / collection of tickets
  • Ticketing / various tour operators activities
  • Payment of fees for excess-baggage, name changes etc.

At flight departure times (from 3 hours prior to departure to half an hour after departure), this desk also functions as a service desk for the charter companies and scheduled services companies. For these flights only, the desk handles matters such as:

  • Retrieving a booking number
  • Payment of fees for excess-baggage, name changes etc.
  • Ticket sales
  • Flight changes
  • Rebooking a cancelled flight
