If you need more information about destinations, flight schedules, departure times, airport facilities, please turn to the Information desk of Eindhoven Airport in the main hall.
The terminal building is closed during the night. It is not possible to sleep in or around the terminal. For more information you may email info@eindhovenairport.nl.
Collecting flight tickets?
Sometimes your travel organisation will have your ticket ready for you at Eindhoven Airport, because of a last-minute booking and/or changes. These tickets can be collected from the tour operators’ service desks in departures.

This desk is a service point for customers of OAD, Hotelplan and Bexreizen. You can use this service desk to obtain answers to all common questions as well as to book travel and to collect your travel documents.
Opening hours: open 2 hours before flights depart.
Arke/Holland International
You can book travel and collect travel documents at the Arke/Holland International desk.
Opening hours: 2 hours before flights depart.
KLM
You can book your flight operated by KLM/Air France or its Skyteam partners, Airliner and Cityjet, at the KLM service desk.

Viggo Handling
There is a Viggo Handling service desk at the airport (next to the Information Desk). Here tour operators and travel agents, and passengers too, can obtain the following services:
• Issue/collection of tickets
• Ticketing/various tour operator activities
• Pay for excess baggage and miscellaneous.
At flight departure times (from 3 hours prior to departure to half an hour after departure) this desk also functions as the service desk for the charter companies and scheduled services companies. During these times and for these flights only, matters such as the following can be dealt with:
• Retrieving the booking number
• Paying for excess baggage and miscellaneous.
• Ticket sales
• Flight changes
• Changing flights in the event of cancellation.
This excludes the Transavia and Wizzair airlines where passengers can purchase individual tickets at the following times:
